PASTORERO™ Taco Grill is the story of the quest to create the world’s best Tacos al Pastor, a famous dish found throughout Mexico City. The quest took a group of eager fans of these famous tacos to all corners of the City. Convinced they had come up with the best recipe of Tacos al Pastor they had tasted, they set out to make the world aware of the fabulous flavors coming from Mexico City. With Tacos al Pastor as the cornerstone of the dining experience, the next task was to develop other dining and drink options that had their roots in the vibrant flavors of Mexico City while appealing to a broad audience. The “Mamacita,” the “Que Onda,” the “Queso Fundido”
and other menu creations were the result. But recipes were not enough. The right ingredients had to go into every dish and drink served at PASTORERO™ Taco Grill. When these products were not available in the United States, they were imported from abroad. This focus on the best ingredients to produce the best flavors now distinguishes PASTORERO™ Taco Grill. Now consumers in many parts of the United States are coming to know what motivated these eager fans to travel throughout Mexico in search of the perfect flavor combinations. Gourmet, contemporary dining that features a highly unique menu served in a quick casual environment now distinguishes PASTORERO™ Taco Grill from all others who bear the name ‘Mexican Food.’
